Interest, fees and losses at broker level, and performance for cash-only brokers (lending, crowdfunding)

1. Interest, fees and losses as broker-level transaction types. Interest on cash is common: lending platforms, cash accounts at brokers, money market sweeps. It should be its own transaction type at broker level, with no asset needed. The same goes for the other side: interest charge (or losses and defaults) and fees. Each of these should also allow the tax withheld on it, as dividends do.
2. Performance and income for cash-only brokers. When I open one of those brokers, Holdings, Performance and Income are all empty. The return of these accounts is exactly that interest minus those fees and losses, and the app leaves it out.
Request: include broker-level interest, fees and losses in the broker's performance (chart, IRR, TWR) and in Income. Portfolio Performance does this at account level. The only workaround I see is creating a fake custom asset with a manual price for each platform, which is too cumbersome to maintain.
