Export Portfolio Assets

Hi there! đź‘‹

I’d like to propose another feature, let's see what the team and community thinks. The ability to export the current Portfolio Assets (aggregated holdings) into a CSV, Excel, PDF file or whatever works.

Currently, Turbobulls allows us to export our full portfolio transaction history, which is fantastic for auditing and detailed tracking. However, we cannot export a clean snapshot of our current asset allocation (e.g., Name, Principal, Market Value, Weight ... any selected columns) -- or at least I haven't found the way.

In my case, this would be useful for running external rebalancing calculations without parsing/aggregating the transaction history manually🙂

Cheers!

Good idea, @thepatientvisigoth, and you haven’t missed anything: there’s no export of your holdings today. The workspace export (Settings, then Export) gives you all your data as Excel, as transactions rather than a snapshot of your positions. We’ve noted the request.

If it’s mainly for rebalancing, 2.0 may already save you the spreadsheet: “Investing this month?” on your targets splits new money across the holdings that are below their targets.
